Hi

Next Feb, 21 will be World IA Day!. This year topic inspired a research:

*www.architectinghappiness.org* <http://www.architectinghappiness.org/>
*Exploring how we design, build and communicate products or services that
make users and customers happy.*

The main source of insights is a 10 min. online survey: *http://bit.ly/1KY0v4Y
<http://bit.ly/1KY0v4Y>*
The results will be presented @Barcelona WIAD, and available online in our
site.

By participating in the survey you will get a chance to:

   - Browse a list of resources about happiness from writers, designers and
   psychologists.
   - See examples of how to measure user happiness.
   - Get food for thought about how much care, effort and conscious work
you put into your process to make sure you make a positive impact on user
   and customer happiness.
   - Contribute to a global exploration about happiness and the way we
create webs, mobile apps and digital services.

We want to thank you in advance for your time and your thoughts.
We truly appreciate them. As a token of our thanks, you will receive a
selected list of resources about Happiness as well as have the chance to
participate in a draw to win a digital copy of Abby Covert's 2014 book, How
to Make Sense of Any Mess.

Thank you for sharing your views in the survey. *http://bit.ly/1KY0v4Y

If you like it, please help us to spread the word. The more feedback we
could collect, the more all of us could benefit to learn and discover good
practices :)

Best regards,
