The book is now available through the Apple iBookstore on iTunes (

)

For those without an IOS device, the best version available from Smashwords
(https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/336724) is the PDF version, which
has fewer formatting curiosities resulting from the conversion process.
The book is not intended for library purchase: the price ($9.99 or £6.49)
is set deliberately low to enable students to buy it - a print version of
the book would have cost at least £45 ($69) and this was one of the reasons
for opting for electronic self-publishing.  Printed text books have many
advantages, but the prices have reached levels that make them inaccessible
to all but the most affluent.You may find that the book is still advertised
on the Web as being available from Facet Publishing - this is not the case;
no contract was ever signed with this publisher.
