Jenna -- I don't know of any videos but I have done something that helps in that situation.  I've used Blackboard to set up some highly structured article reports and discussion sessions that, with voice-over PPT, cover much of the material.  Teaching it rather like a distance class.  Let me know if a non-video option might be useful and I can detail it a bit more.  Never done one on your topic but the structure might be helpful.  Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to seeing what you get on this one.

Anyone else have a non-video option?
