[Siguse-l] CFP for panel on youth with disabilities

Dear colleagues,
I'm planning to organzie a panel for ASIS&T meeting on the information behavior of children and young adults with special needs/disabilities, including but not limited to youth with autism and down sydrome. Existing IRs such as web search engines and social media tools are not designed for youth with cognitive disabilities. Scarce research has addressed the information seeking, needs, and use of youth in the digital age. If you have done research in any area related to the proposed theme of this panel, please email me a short abstract to review. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Dania.
