[Sigtis-l] New Issue of Government Information Quarterly

The editors (see below) of _Government Information Quarterly:  An
International Journal of Information Technology Management, Policies,
and Practices_ are pleased to announce the release of Volume 19, number
3 (2002). The issue explores a number of policy issues and implications
related to Homeland Security, and is guest edited by Harold C. Relyea.
The upcoming issue (number 4), edited by Duncan Aldrich, Charles R.
McClure, and John Carlo Bertot, is a symposium issue that reviews
