[Sigsti-l] message about pending posts

Dear list subscribers,

I have had at least one subscriber receive a post pending moderator 
approval message.  Over the holidays the spam backed up so bad that this 
message was missed and discarded.

All subscribers SHOULD be about to post without moderator approval.  If you 
receive a message saying your post is being held please contact me at 
amurrell at lib.nmsu.edu  so I can find and post your message, and correct the 
problem.
