I'm wondering how many libraries are planning to convert their
subscriptions to 'memberships' with Nucleic Acids Research's new Open
Access scheme.

Under this scheme:
--electronic access is free for all.
--print is $2855 and includes membership.
--membership only is $2459.

Membership includes a discount of $1000 on all author charges.  (Which are
$1500 per article.)
