[Sigmetrics] important notice about migration of the SIG MET listserv to a new platform!!!

Or a Yahoo! group, which I have personal experience with. The owner or 
moderator can pretty easily enter a starting list of members, in this case 
the Sigmetrics members. New membership can then be by approval or open, and 
the messages can be set up as publicly viewable or only by members. It is 
simple and flexible.
