The IEEE International Congress on Internet of Things (IEEE ICIOT 2018)
=======================================================================
2018 IEEE World Congress on Services
JULY 2 - 7, 2018, SAN FRANCISCO, USA

Website: http://conferences.computer.org/iciot/2018/

The Internet of Things (IoT) is concerned with all aspects related to the network connected objects, such as physical devices, vehicles, home appliances, and other items, which are embedded with electronics, software, sensors, and network connectivity. IoT allows these objects to collect and exchange data. IoT enables objects to be perceived and controlled remotely across existing network infrastructure, creating opportunities for more direct integration between the physical world and computer-based systems, and promoting efficiency, accuracy, and economic benefit.

IEEE International Congress on Internet of Things (IEEE ICIOT 2018) provides a platform and opportunities for participants to exchange the new advances, applications, experiences, and research results in the fields related to Internet of Things. It covers state-of-the-art technologies and best practices, as well as emerging standards and research topics that will define the future of Internet of Things. It also facilitates the knowledge sharing among engineers, scientists, scholars, researchers, practitioners, and students across the world.

IEEE ICIOT 2018 seeks original, UNPUBLISHED research papers reporting substantive new work in various aspects of IoT and related services. Papers MUST clearly indicate their contributions to the field of Internet of Things. Topics of interest to include, but are not limited to, the following:

* IoT Solution Reference Architectures and Instances
* Next Generation Infrastructure for IoT
* Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) for IoT
* Open Platforms for IoT and Web of Things
* Wearable Devices for IoT
* IoT-Enabled Blockchain, Big Data, Geospatial Analytics, and Contextual Computing
* Artificial Intelligence for IoT
* IoT-Based Vertical Services & Solutions in Auto Driving, Business Process Management, Enterprise Management, Intelligent Manufacturing, Medical & Healthcare, Robots, Smart City, Smart Home, Smart Education Systems
* IoT Core Technologies in System Design Modeling and Evaluation, Real Time and Embedded Systems, Large Scale Deployments, Networks and Distributed Systems, Distributed Sensing and Control, and Security, Privacy and Trust
* IoT programming models, middleware and systems architectures
* Federated IoT + Cloud systems and applications
* IoT Standards
* IoT Application Scenarios
* Blockchain-based IoT Applications, Platforms, Systems and Frameworks
* IoT-based Geospatial Analytics
