[Sigmetrics] I4OC open letter

Dear colleagues:

Today, several members of the scientometric community published an open
letter calling for publishers to open their references on Crossref. The

We believe that supporting this initiative will lead to more equitable and
responsible scientometric research practices.

We encourage all those who support these ideas to join us by becoming a
