[Sigmetrics] Implications of international research collaboration

Dear Colleagues

Today we publish, with Universities UK International Unit, a report adding
to our previous analyses of UK international collaboration, showing this is
increasing rapidly with EU partners and is greatest for leading UK
universities such as Cambridge and Edinburgh. The implications of shared
output, IP and knowledge for research assessment, IP exploitation and the
knowledge economy are briefly considered.
