Dear all,
the Spring 2016 edition of the IVMOOC will begin on Jan 12, 2016.

Anyone is welcome to register at http://ivmooc.cns.iu.edu to gain access to
*       Materials from the Visual Insights<http://www.amazon.com/Visual-Insights-Practical-Guide-Making/dp/0262526190/ref=pd_bxgy_14_img_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=1HKERTRK6T3F5BKHZTKS> textbook and the Atlas of Knowledge<http://scimaps.org/atlas2> by The MIT Press (March 20, 2015) that are now used extensively in the course.
*       IVMOOC Flashcards that help you learn the names, types, and properties of different visualizations can be downloaded for free from the Google Play<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.studiocypher.viscards1> and Apple iOS<https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/information-visualization/id1059845185?mt=8> stores.
*       Several guest lectures by leading visualization experts are planned and they will be streamed live and recorded.
