[Sigmetrics] 4S/EASST in Barcelona

Hi Loet (and collegues)

I'm one of the conference track convenor with a very similar issue about 
“Scientometrics and quantitative STS”. Besides thre's no explicit 
reference to scientometrics we think the issue is very proximely.
I'm going to write to the scientific comitee and ask them if we could 
include te explicit reference. We think is a good opportunity to meet 
different discourses and actors around this issues.

I hope we can expand the track title so we van meet in barcelona to 
exchange knoledge!
