It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it might be useful...
CiteSpace maps WoS records to authors' addresses and generates a KML file that you can explore with Google Earth and follow DOI links on the map/earth to the corresponding full text etc. It also generates intermediate files in CSV, including the latitude and longitude.
