It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it might be useful...

CiteSpace maps WoS records to authors' addresses and generates a KML file that you can explore with Google Earth and follow DOI links on the map/earth to the corresponding full text etc. It also generates intermediate files in CSV, including the latitude and longitude.

Does anyone have a file that maps the Organization field in the Web of Science to its Latitude and Longitude?

e.g. CORNELL UNIV       42.4            -76.5
