When Gretchen Whitney, now deceased, set the list up at UTK, it was
unmoderated in the sense that she did not review every post.  It is still
that way.

 As Isabella mentioned, I started on migrating but did not complete that
process.  I now need to go back, mover the archives onto the ASIS&T system,
and notify the list of new address.

But that does not address the question of moderation.  I cannot do that
moderation.  Is there someone who will step to truly moderate?
