The Institute for Science Study (ISS)  of the Russian Academy of Sciences
(RAS) announces a first call for papers  for the International
Scientometrics Conference which will be held on Oct.10-12.2013 in Moscow
under the auspices of the RAS, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research,
the Russian Humanities Foundation and with partnership of  ThomsonReuters.
