Thank you for clarifying that it was listed by 2011 JCR Social Sciences Edition 
instead of 2011 JCR Science Edition. I confirm it.

The Elsevier website did not make it clear that The "Journal of Informetrics" was 
not listed by 2011 JCR Science Edition.
