New citation indicators needed to measure research performance

لطفا با خانم قدیمی و خانم سعادت در میان بگذارید تا ایشان پیگیری کنند. به ویژه این نکته را یادآور شوند که قرار است با هم تفاهم نامه داشته باشیم . آیا این محدودیت ها برای وی پی ان های اشتراکی طبق تفاهم نامه هم اعمال خواهد شد. در هر صورت درخواست کنند که دسترسی شما رو به حد اقل روزی 4 ساعت تمدید کنند . براشون توضیح بدهند که شما بیش از یکی دو ماه استفاده نخواهید کرد.
