The 3rd edition of the International Conference & Workshop is a
practically oriented event, with the aim of informing the Universities'
end-users how to improve their performance, what is the impact of good
practices and what are the advantages of long-term strategies. A ranking
should be informative and useful and it is important to provide ethical
guidance for a correct representation of the overall university and all
its missions. Institutional Open Access repositories will be also a hot
