journal editors and new technology

[James Hartley]

Are there any journal editors out there who have moved to using new technology (such as ManuscriptCentral or ScholarOne) in the publishing process?

I would be most grateful if such persons could complete for me the short (7 item yes/no) questionnaire attached.
