Scientific disciplines and WOS subject categories.

Could anyone please point me to a list of equivalences that is commonly 
used to aggregate ISI-JCR subject categories into larger scientific disciplines?
I am interested in the social sciences and humanities as well as science.

I am aware of the OST classification used in the "Indicateurs de sciences 
et de technologies" http://www.obs-ost.fr/ but this is limited to science.
