需要说明的是，2003年和2004年数据的阈值均为1%，但2003年的数据在计算与种子期刊
发生引用/被引关系、并且引用或被引 数占种子期刊当年总引用或被引数1%以上的所有
期刊时，没有减 去种子期刊的自引数。在这种情况下，自引严重的种子期刊的引用/被
引环境中能包括的期刊数 就有可能减少。为了在阈值不变的情况下能使更多期刊包括
在种子期刊的引用/被引环境中，我们在处理2004年的数据时，先减去种子期 刊的自引
数，然后才用1%的阈值去处理有关数据。
