network visualization linux

Hallo,

I would be most grateful if somebody of you could tell me if 
there is any program for network visualiztion I can istall in a linux 
environment (something like a pajek for Linux). Indeed, I need a quite 
simple program, for small to medium networks. I tried Osprey, but it 
asks an input with a formar I can't reproduce.
