I very much enjoy your contributions to the list. However, you do have a
tendency to make unsupported statements. E.g.:

(QB): Quality bias: There is a tendency in astro (and probably in other
fields as
well) for the self-archiving authors to be the authors of the higher quality
articles.


Evidence? Definition of "higher quality"?
