ISSI 2003 website & e-mail address not available

I have been traying to view the ISSI 2003 Conference website at
http://www.cscd.ac.cn/issi2003 for about two weeks but it can not be
displayed. There is also a problem with the Conference e-mail address
issi2003 at cscd.ac.cn
I am preparing an abstract for the Conference and would be pleased if
anyone lets me know about alternative addresses
