Fullbright Program on AIDS

Dear Colleaugues,

I wish to collaborate with any informetrist with
America citizenship to carry out a study sponnsored by
Fullbright Programme on AIDS in Africa. The condition
for particpating in the program is that the
investigator should be an American citizen who should
collaborate with an African institution and scientist.
I already have a proposal that could meet the
Fullbright requirement. The deadline for the proposal
submission is on the 31st of July 2002.
