Open postdoc position

The Centre for Scientific Information and Documentation (CINDOC) of the Spanish
Research Council (CSIC) offers a research postdoc position through the Spanish
Ministry of Science and Technology “Ramón y Cajal” 2002 Programme.

Applicants should have a Ph. D. and research experience related to:
Bibliometric  and Cybermetric Indicators in Science and Technology, Mathematic
Models applied to Bibliometrics.

This researcher will be engaged at CINDOC in the research group on Bibliometric
Indicators headed by Dr. Isabel Gómez, and will interact with the group on
Cybermetric Indicators in Science and Technology headed by Isidro F. Aguillo.

The  “Ramón y Cajal” 2002 Programme is an initiative of the Spanish Ministry
of Science and Technology. Its main aims are to reinforce research in priority
areas in Spain at universities and research centres, offering a five-year
contract to a researcher with a gross salary of 38812,24 Euros/year.
