AB Faculty often request that academic librarians conduct online
   searches for citations to their publications. This article
   identifies challenges in the search process (e.g., the
   psychological stress of the faculty and role reversal) and
   offers recommendations for responding to these challenges and
   enhancing relationships with the faculty.
