OK. I’m back from the meeting and I’ve only heard from Philippe regarding our plan of action with acceptance.
Anyone have any opinions on number of acceptance; whether we should offer an author an opportunity to do a poster instead of a presentation?
I would like to notify authors today so that they can register this evening.

Philippe suggested we have 12 presentations divided into 4 blocks and 2 posters. I like that idea. What do others think?
We can decide on awards in the next weeks.

I’m in the middle of a meeting right now, but should be free in a few hours.

How do we want to handle this?
I know there is a paper that is a future studies paper; should we ask this author for a poster?

What about the rest?
