Dear Tim,
dear all,
Kim is totally right - we can do all of that.
Or, as has been done before, just assign 2 reviewers to each paper.
You can also try to engage past officers J

Yes, you should be able to enable reviewer bidding on a paper as well as
note any conflicts of interest (it's their student, etc).

Is there a way we could select the papers that we wish to review, and then
deal with the "leftovers" if there are any?

Alright, we'll give it a go!
I wrote Kate back and told her we would definitely attempt it.
I'll add all the officers to the easy chair interface tonight. Then we can
work out the details.
I'm not sure how reviewers were assigned before, so I would appreciate if
any of you can provide me (and all of us) with advice and guidance on what
you've done in the past. I don't want to recreate the wheel, especially with
such a short turn around.
Best,
Tim

I think it's possible. The turnaround time will be tight.

Can we nail this down before the 15th?
What do you all think?
Best,
Tim

Hi, Tim,
I know the window was extended for the Metrics workshop - do you anticipate
that notification will actually happen on 15 September? This is the last day
for early registration for the conference. I did nail down my room (always
my first priority-the block sometimes sells out when you're someplace like
Austin, TX).
Looking forward to the workshop again this year..
