Hi Stefanie,
Thanks for cleaning and sharing this! I may have missed something as I had to leave early, but what this competition is? I only got we plan to have a competition for SIG/MET new logo. Sorry for missing this part of the discussion.

Subject: [Sigmet-officers] Metrics workshop contributions for SIG/MET infographic
Hi all,
as discussed today, I had created a list of all workshop contributions and updated it with the 2016 workshop today. I cleaned author names but other than that it is as basic as it gets.
The file could serve directly for the SIG/MET analysis / infographic challenge by letting participants collect additional information, but we could also extend this by adding a bit more information.
Maybe you can all have a look and let us know what you think!
In order to turn this into a competition, the next step would be to request a budget (for the prize and possible the production of the infographic as a banner, flyers, etc.) from the SIG Reserve fund. I've been told that anything between $1,000 and $2,000 per project is doable, but this depends on submissions by other SIGs.
Best,
Stefanie
PS: I do have the full texts as Word of PDF files for most but not all contributions, as indicated in the Excel file.
