[Sigmet-officers] Sigmet-officers Digest, Vol 30, Issue 7

Thanks for those who have responded to the group and to me individually.
Based on these responses, I propose that we do:
1. Full reimbursement for student paper winners (Kim, will you please
notify them?)
2. At least 50% off registration for student participants, based on the
number of students who register for the workshop.

Is this okay with everyone? I want to send out a note today.
