[Sigmet-officers] workshop

[Cassidy Sugimoto]

We received one request and I granted it.

We could also consider inviting someone to do a tutorial as part of the
workshop this year, if we don't have sufficient presentations. The workshop
could be: presentations in the morning, tutorial and Elsevier presentation
after lunch.
