[Sigmet-officers] Scheduling a SIGMET meeting in Baltimore

  Dear all,

I've just received the following email:

Here's a link to the sign-up sheet to reserve rooms for SIG Planning 
Meetings.

There are two rooms available - Mecken A and Calloway B on Monday and 
Tuesday from 6:00 am - 11:00 pm - reservations are on a 
first-come-first-served basis

Please indicate the name of the SIG and provide an e-mail for a contact 
person so I'll know who to contact if there are any questions and also 
so anyone interested in attending the planning meeting will know who to 
contact.

The sooner we schedule the meeting the better time we can get. I was 
thinking that Monday 12-1 pm, or Monday 5-6 pm may work best. Please let 
me know what you think.
