[Sigmet-officers] Panel proposal for ASIST2012

A panel focusing on information visualization tools and techniques sounds
interesting for me.  I also feel it will be useful to have a look at
open-source toolkits extracting, processing and analyzing raw data, such as
Leydesdorff’s tool (inputting and processing), SAINT (inputting and
processing), Network Workbench (analyzing and visualizing), VOSviewer
(analyzing and visualizing), etc.
