[Sigmet-officers] CFP + webinars

  Dear all,

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. We've all agreed on webinars.

We still need to make a decision regarding student paper contest. Based
on the feedback so far Cassidy, Judit, and I prefer to have student-only
papers. Are there any serious objections against this? Cassidy brought
up an excellent point that we should focus more on the awarding rather
than reviewing. I agree. Judging process should also be more streamlined
than reviewing one. In case we decide to make this the contest, and not
venue for feedback, meeting the deadline of April 30th might not be as
crucial. Any additional thoughts on this?

As for the workshop I agree that we don't need the projector and food.
I've summarized the main ideas from emails in a google doc
(https://docs.google.com/document/d/12IT_5CvpVowqltZqccl9tqg-rO806m3_nAJmeh4Ea64/edit).
We can collectively write a proposal here.

Best,
Stasa
