[Sigmet-officers] Welcome event

Last night KT informed
me “We're not sure what is going on with the Welcome Reception - it's morphing
from the old "SIG RUSH" into something different.  I think what we'll do is that if you would
like to snag a table (may be standing cocktail tables) and mark it with your
SIG sign (which we'll have for you, with a stand) you can - but that we won't declare
where you should be by setting out your sign.  I think we should talk about this on Sunday at the Cabinet meeting.  See you then!”
