[Sigmet-officers] Paper contest - Please contact external reviewers

Dear Chaoqun, 
 
It is now time that you contacted the first batch of external reviewers.  Could you please make sure that you have implemented all the suggestions to this list to which no objections have been raised on this list.  
 
My final suggestion is that you include in the letter the names of the five officers who have agreed to review (Cassidy, Dietmar, Jonathan, Judit and Stasa).  Hopefully this will encourage some 'borderline' reviewers to say 'Yes'.
 
Could you please let the list know when you have sent these letters and post to the list the responses?
