[Sigmet-officers] Initial thoughts on our proposed Webmar

A) This pricing arrangement seems appropriate.
B) Any suggestions for who would have the right skill set to moderate?
C) I think the way you have set this up is fair and will provide ample time
for each person. I know we had some discussion earlier about people who
might speak...do we want to revisit this discussion?
