[Sigmet-officers] Is there a problem with the sigmet-officers list

Hi, 
  
Over the last few days I have sent three messages to the sigmet-officers list, but did not receive copies indicating that the list had accepted them.  However I received the Failure Notice message pasted below.  Is there a problem with the list? 
  
I would be grateful for clarification.

I have looked at the Google doc on Web-site and on most points we seem to h=
ave reached a strong consensus.

To me there are only two points that need further clarification:
(a)=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 Officers: Four of the officers have=
provided an email address and affiliation; Stasa and Chaoqun have not prov=
ided an email address or affiliation, and Dietmar has provided only an emai=
l address in (which is in different format from that of the other officers)=

ficer.
