[Sigmet-officers] paper submission

Dear Chaoqun,
 
Thanks for this information.  After conferring with Dietmar, I have allocated the papers to the reviewers.  
 
I was not sure whether to select 'Maybe' or 'Yes' in the assignment.  I selected 'Maybe'; if I should have selected 'Yes' could you please amend to 'Yes'.  In addition, could you please notify the reviewers that their papers have been assigned?

I emailed to all six persons who ever expressed interest in our paper contest, and have heard from two of them saying they will not submit this years, and two might will submit by the extended due date.  Hope we can get more submission!
