[Sigmet-officers] Response from Gene Garfield

Dear all,
I would be happy to help with this. I don't mind taking it over, either.
I also have an idea on how to do this. Instead of distributing info on
individual articles, I propose we have weekly SIGMET or METRICS digest.
It would be one email message per week named "digest" that would
contain bibliographic information, abstracts, and if appropriate links
to the related articles that came out the previous week. We may decide
to do this on two-week basis instead.
Please let me know what you think.
