[Sigkm-l] Business Meeting: Annual Meeting Invites

SIG-KM Members,
I am just getting over a stomach flu, so sorry late clarifying. (Will be 
well in Milwauikee and not be contagious. Can't wait for good professional 
networking --and fun.)

Our SIG-KM business meeting is now scheduled for Monday, Oct. 22, 6-7pm in 
Gilpatrick B . Please plan to attend. We will be electing officers to assist 
our Chair Qiping Zhang next year and will be discussing plans for ASIST 
meeting in Columbus, Ohio in 2008 as well as plans for other activities 
during the upcoming year.

Suggestions? What can we do in KM area? Do we want an online pub? We have 
good KM publishing outlets already. But bring your ideas. The SIG/IA and 
others have their own summits, for example. Our sister KM/IS organization is 
meeting also in Columbus next year for the 2008 ICKM. So please consider 
coming to it October 23-24 (ASIST will be Oct 25-29). I will have flyer 
information and you have probably heard from Dr. Suliman (suliman at ou.edu). 
It is an excellent, international meeting.
