POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
SENIOR RECORDS ANALYST

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Under the direction of the Records Manager, assists in monitoring and administering the Foundation's records management program to meet established retention policies and procedures for paper and electronic records; conducts inventories of new or modified departmental and program records and creates appropriate disposition schedules and disposal applications for approval reviews; acts as liaison with program and other areas to ensure proper transfer of records; provides training in foundation records-management procedures. Assists departments in transitioning from paper to electronic records management practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

	*	BA degree from an accredited college
	*	Two to three years of experience in records, document management, or archival/information science management with a thorough understanding of records management best practices and techniques
	*	Minimum of three years of working experience with records, archives or other information retrieval systems and MS suites/applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint
	*	Knowledge of electronic records management implementation issues
	*	Strong communication skills and report writing skills
	*	Ability to work effectively with program and other Foundation staff
	*	Detail-oriented and analytical
	*	Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
	*	Ability to manage multiple projects.


Hiring Guidelines:	$52,100 - $62,200
