The second International Conference on Knowledge Management (ICKM2005) will be held in the Westin Charlotte, North Carolina on October 27-28, 2005. The conference will bring together academics, researchers, developers, practitioners, and users in the areas of knowledge management and information processing. The aim of ICKM (2005) is to serve as a forum to present research work as well as to exchange research ideas, practical applications and best practices. 	Proposals should be in the form of a short paper (approximately two pages, no smaller than 10-pt. font), providing an overview of the issues, projects, or viewpoints to be discussed by the panel. Submissions must include title, sponsor(s), and names and affiliations of all participants (moderator, speakers, reactors, etc.). A mix of industry and academic panel members is encouraged.
