Ashraf: nice to meet you virtually. Please let us know some possible dates with all of the information Yao has mentioned earlier. I suggest sending alternative dates so that we can increase chances of securing the schedule quickly. Also, do remember the presenter has to go through a rundown usually a couple of days earlier the actual presentation date to get acquainted with the GoTo Webinar platform that ASIST use.
