According to the updated list of ASIS&T Officer (attached), I am Co-Chair (2016-17), though this list has not been updated on SIG-III website so far. I am very excited to work with you for ASIS&T. I attended the last SIG-III Business Meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Since I am new to this body, I need your help and guidance. Are there some Terms of Reference (ToR) for ASIS&T Officers? 

Looking forward to take any task/assignment relevant to my position, I would love to do it.

Thank you very much for helping with the updates. With all the help I can get from our SIG officers, I finally get a complete list of the new officers. Please take a look and let me know if there is anything else you need.

Thank you very much for your email! It's such a great pleasure that I'm working for SIG III as the Chair this year. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend the conference meeting this year. I attached a list of officers from the nomination form, as our SIGIII conference minute is under processing. I am also coping our members who attended the conference in this email. I'm sure our past Chair, Dr. Xiao Hu, and our members will help correct the list if there is anything wrong with it.
