The attached report was published today on p.49 of the printed (Scottish) edition of The Times under the headline 'Isis threatens to kill men teaching female students.'
An earlier report the School of Library and Information Studies in the University of Mosul is also one of those closed by ISIS has been confirmed by a colleague in Mosul.
