Dear colleagues,

The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and the  Bangladesh
Institute of ICT in Development (BIID) would like to invite your
contributions to the 3rd issue of their joint 
publication "ICT for Development Working Paper Series".

The key objective of the Working Paper Series (WPS) is to articulate, 
capture and document success stories, best practices,
lessons learnt and shortcomings of ICT4D (ICT for Development) projects
or researches in developing countries.

We are now calling scholars and professionals working in this field to 
submit abstracts of their papers to us on or before October 30, 
2012. For a detailed understanding of the WPS and article submission 
guidelines, please contact our coordinator M. Rizwan Sharif at his email 
address: rizwan.sharif at ulab.edu.bd.

We hope you would find it an interesting opportunity to share your 
knowledge and experiences with us and help us to build a cross cultural 
knowledge base in this field.
