The Information Management Course at the Federal University of the State of Paraná, Brazil is pleased to announce the first issue of its new journal A to Z: Novas Praticas em Informacao e Conhecimento (A to Z: new trends in information and knowledge management).

A to Z is a biannual publication available on Open Access.  This electronic journal will publish state of the art research in the fields of the sciences, technology and management of information and knowledge.

The editors are particularly interested in new approaches or methodologies that can increase interdisciplinarity.  The journal will offer greater visibility for those young researchers who may encounter difficulties in getting their research in these fields published for the first time.

Submissions in languages other than Portuguese are welcome.

The first issue is now available.
